As Microsoft Dynamics NAV evolves, so do Insight Works products. The Product Enhancement Plan provides clients access to upgrades as required to ensure the add-ons continue to function with each new release of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
If you remain on the current version of NAV and do not require an upgrade for your installed Insight Works products, the enhancement plan provides assurance that we will continue to provide support and development services for the version of the product you have installed.
Insight Works commits to ensuring our products are compatible with the latest versions of NAV within 3 months of the NAV release date.
