We invest in your investment

100% of your investment in the Product Enhancement Plan is applied to research and development to ensure you always have access to the most advanced and effective tools available. As new requirements are identified, the development team includes them in the standard product to provide customers with a solution that accurately reflects industry requirements and best practices.

Future-proof products

As Microsoft Dynamics NAV evolves, so do Insight Works products. The Product Enhancement Plan provides clients access to upgrades as required to ensure the add-ons continue to function with each new release of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

If you remain on the current version of NAV and do not require an upgrade for your installed Insight Works products, the enhancement plan provides assurance that we will continue to provide support and development services for the version of the product you have installed.

Insight Works commits to ensuring our products are compatible with the latest versions of NAV within 3 months of the NAV release date.

  • Complimentary basic e-mail support.

  • Expedited access to Insight Works support resources for assistance with troubleshooting, configuring and using the add-ons. This includes phone support, remote support & on-site support as required, please note that additional charges may apply.

  • Access to the Insight Works online support portal, providing 24/7 self-serve access to online service requests, knowledge base, product documentation, and training.
