At DMS we are always looking for ways to improve the products and services we provide to our customers. With this is mind we have been working on deploying an online customer support portal, the goal is simple – improve customer service.
The support portal will allow you to submit requests, track them, view history and search an online knowledgebase of solutions.. You will continue to have options for contacting DMS – you can still contact us by phone, or e-mail support to create a new request in the portal. The support portal will be used to track all requests to improve traceability, accuracy, and efficiency in dealing with your support requests.
Our trials have gone well and we are looking forward to providing access to our improved system to our clients. We will be contacting clients in June to provide account information, in the meantime if you have any questions please feel free to contact us for more information.
