Edmonton, AB, Canada, March 16, 2022 – Directions North America, the premier conference connecting Microsoft Partners across the globe, is returning to on-premises status for 2022 after being relegated to a virtual event last year, the expo scheduled to run April 3 to 6 at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida, USA. At the heart of it all will be Insight Works, leaders in apps for manufacturing and distribution – the company’s actual tagline for the new year – itself returning to Directions NA for the eighth time as a proud Gold Sponsor, the event to act as a launching pad for its new Business Central apps, engaging keynote presentations, innovative ISV sessions and more.
The Insight Works presentations will begin with Helping Drive Partners’ Sales with Apps for Manufacturing and Distribution, designed to highlight the suite of free apps currently available from the company on AppSource as well as recently-released apps such as MxAPS, an advanced finite capacity scheduling application – all in addition to other new apps to be released in 2022 and insight regarding how attendees can leverage Insight Works’ expertise to drive sales and build their own partner solutions.
Mark Hamblin, President of Insight Works, will share his passion for Business Central and how partners can deliver more value to end-users during the session.
Manufacturing Management in Business Central, scheduled for Monday, April 4 at 4:30 PM EST in Room Windsong 3-4, will target Microsoft Partners with clients or prospects in the manufacturing industry while introducing attendees to a suite of best-of-breed Business Central apps that make the process of presenting and selling Business Central to manufacturers easy.
Extend Business Central’s Functionality with Free Apps, scheduled for Tuesday, April 5 at 2:45 PM EST in Room Windsong 3-4, will teach attendees how to leverage the Insight Works apps for the purpose of extending the value partners deliver to their customers. What’s more, the session will focus on manufacturing and distribution, with topics to include integrating mobile devices into the warehouse setting to perform Business Central-related tasks in real-time, visualizing manufacturing schedules to help streamline production, working with documents within Business Central, leveraging barcodes on Business Central reports, simplifying printing from the cloud to local/network printers and reviewing available apps designed to help users get more value from Business Central.
“Directions North America is the premier Microsoft Dynamics 365 event driven by Partners – for Partners, and attendees of the 2022 event will be privy to building new business contacts, learning about best practices and discovering valuable tools for execution and success,” says Brian Neufeld, Director of Marketing for Insight Works. “This conference has always been a very important platform for Insight Works, given the fact that we have over 300 Microsoft Partner resellers worldwide who leverage our suite of apps to solve their customer’s problems – but that’s just the beginning of the Directions NA 2022 experience.
“Attendees will have the chance to use the many networking opportunities to grow and enhance their relationships with other partners, ISVs, service providers and Microsoft itself, all while exploring the latest tools, training, technical expertise and more associated with the Dynamics 365 ecosphere such as Azure, Business Central, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing and Power Platform.”
Directions North America 2022 attendees will also be able to choose from seven curated tracks including Consulting, Development, Power Platform, New to Dynamics 365 BC, Dynamics 365 CE, Sales, Marketing and Executive Leadership.
