Associated Costs

Insight Works License

Insight Works does not charge a licensing fee for freight providers. The core Dynamic Ship app is a prerequisite and has associated licensing fees. Contact your Microsoft Partner for details.

Freight Integration Provider Fees

The freight integration providers may charge a fee for their service. This fee is levied and collected by the provider. Insight Works does not collect this fee on behalf of the freight integration provider. For fee details, please get in touch with the freight integration provider directly.

Shipping Costs

In all cases, users of Dynamic Ship will incur shipping costs when shipping goods. While shipping rate quotes are available within Business Central when using Dynamic Ship, the shipping costs are levied and collected by the freight integration provider(s) configured within Dynamic Ship.
